About Eliana

I have always loved working with kids. I've babysat kids of all ages. ranging from infant to 12 years old. I have watched and had the opportunity to care for special needs children. Including non verbal and physical disabled children. I come from a large family. Coming from a large family I have experienced skills. Some of these skills are establishing a routine, having responsibilities, caring for my younger siblings, meal planning and preparing. As a large family we have many personalities. My previous job has help me to learn how to handle difficult parents and as well as co workers. I have also had to respond to emergency situations.
