About Elif

Working with children has been a meaningful part of my life for the past four years. Through my involvement in the Turkish community, I have taught in weekend schools, organized activities, and supported children in both educational and social settings. For the past two years, I have also served as a mentor for middle and high school girls, helping guide 6th-9th grade students in their personal growth, academic success, and character development. I enjoy creating a positive, supportive environment where children feel comfortable, encouraged, and engaged. I am patient, responsible, and enjoy planning fun activities, games, crafts, and outdoor play. I am also comfortable helping with meals, light housekeeping, and maintaining open communication with parents. My goal is to be a positive role model while helping children learn, grow, and build confidence.
