About Elise

I've helped several different ages of child with Spanish, English, Test prep, and Singing/Acting practice. Of my three years of unpaid experience, two of them have been for Spanish foreign language for grades k-9, one of them has been for English and Test prep, and singing and acting has been for around 6 months. My paid experience has been exclusively Spanish tutoring for grades k-8. I was never certified as a tutor, but I was offered jobs via teachers and families. I love to help kids learn in a way that makes sense for them, rather than sticking to the books! Each child is an individual and needs help the way they understand it. I was an AP and International Baccalaureate English & Spanish student in High School, and I have my International Baccalaureate Diploma in Theatre/Music. I am formally trained in vocal coaching. I love to teach kids about the value of art and I love to see its importance to them!
