Hello, Elise here! I think love working with kids because they are creative, active, and eager to learn and explore. I bring a creative approach to childcare. My outgoing personality and ability to connect with children make me a good playmate and mentor. I babysat my little brother in middle school. Also, being an aspiring music educator, I taught at School of Rock, and instructed students in the setting of a rock band. When it comes to communication with parents, I believe in transparency and regular updates. I'm a firm believer in the importance of household rules and am very comfortable enforcing them in a gentle and consistent manner. I understand the value of structure and routine for children and am committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment. I also like to give kids freedom and independence because it helps them grow and learn to assess their capabilities.
