I have several years of babysitting experience with children ranging from 3 mo. of age to 12yrs old. I have experience doing more specialized care as well, working as a caregiver for children with intellectual disabilities. I have also worked as a children's camp counselor for a summer. Ellie started working with our family right after our daughter turned one. In the almost 4 years as our nanny, she has been our teammate in all things parenting and as well as exceptional caregiver for our daughter (and our dog as well!). Ellie is an experienced and professional nanny. Her experience working with babies, toddlers and young kids has been invaluable in our journey as parents. Ellie has helped our family navigate a lot of firsts and age related phases - including walking, eating solids, language development and talking, communicating feelings, potty training, boundaries/discipline and transition to pre-k. Ellie is reliable, an excellent communicator, and always is proactive with safety. She is also incredibly creative and fun - she somehow manages to stick to schedules and yet plans fun activities and experiences. Our daughter has learned so much from her. We 1000% would work with Ellie again and would recommend her to other families. She has made an enormous impact on our family and we cannot say enough good things about her!
