About Elizabeth

I have been a nurse for 10 years with primary experience of women's health, labor and delivery, and postpartum. I have a master's in nursing education and have taught in the classroom setting. I am comfortable working with adults of all ages including those with Alzheimer's/dementia or developmental disabilities. I am a certified lactation consultant. I am also experienced with mental health and have a variety of skills in health coaching and healing arts. My skills and interests include: pregnancy and birth education, lactation, health education, personal care, goal setting and coaching, cleaning, cooking, baking, and gardening, writing/editing, and teaching/tutoring especially in nursing and health sciences.
