Hi, I'm Liz! I've spent over 15 years caring for children and adults, from my early years as a childcare aide to my current role as an instructional assistant working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, trained in behavior de-escalation and safety techniques, and I've studied American Sign Language for 7 years -- helpful for kids who communicate best with visual supports or signs. I'm patient, dependable, and genuinely love this work, whether that's reading and crafts with little ones, homework help, or one-on-one support for kids who need a calmer, more structured approach. Pets are no problem -- I'm happy in homes with furry family members too! I recently relocated to Eugene from Massachusetts and would love to help your family.
