Hi! My name is Ellie and I've been working with children for close to 10 years. I started babysitting at 12 and since then I have worked at various childcare locations, as well as multiple nanny families. I have managed the Edge Fitness Kids Club, and currently work at The Goddard School of Darien. In my nanny experience, I cared for a child starting at 3 months and left her family when she was 20 months old. I have experience with children 8 weeks to 12 years and have been able to navigate watching these vastly different age groups. I am studying early childhood education as I hope to make childcare my career. I recently received my Child Development Associate Certification (CDA) for children birth to 3 years. Ellie is great with our 10 month old! It is obvious she has worked with babies before. We think she is great and T loves her. We feel very comfortable with Ellie and plan to hire her again. She is also fantastic with our 11 year old Labrador, Zoey.
