Since the end of May, I've been busy caring for all ages including a short term interim for a 5-month-old infant! My mindset about children and the importance of engaging, connecting with them often offers a better understanding as why I believe we'd make a good fit! A good fit is a clear understanding of your routine with some flexibility Began working with kids as the oldest of 6 I became a contract sitter at 12 & a camp counselor & Director. As ARedCross instructor I then taught preschool teachers getting their CDAs as a trainer/ education field manager for HeadStart with 26 classrooms. Taught for 26 yrs and awarded Teacher Of Year 3X I retired the end of May/24 as teacher & V-Principal Kids have always been an important integral thread my entire life A great passion for pets & live making the most of every moment Skills include getting children to actively listen and engage more with enthusiasm & believe in themselves. For a child to know he's seen & recognize he's valued!
