I hired her for 5 days for 4 hours a day. She told me that she had a couple other jobs on the weekends and evenings. I mentioned that eventually I’d like to become more independent and only need her three days a week. She worked the first week and did fine. The next Monday she informed me that she couldn’t come for the next three days because she was interviewing for a Tuesday Wednesday job. On Friday she said she was sick. After 8 days of no help I asked her if she was coming back. She said no
