Hired Liz on a recurring schedule. She was open to an interview via online video in addition to a trial which really showed commitment to her job and allowed our family to feel comfortable hiring her. She is punctual and open to learning routines. She is flexible with toddler schedules and can adapt to any situation. Liz interacts with the toddlers well, doing activities by following their lead. She cleans up well after the kids.
