My experience in education has allowed me to work with seniors in a variety of situations. In addition, I have worked with a local organization assisting seniors with rides to get to appointments and the grocery store or just for a friendly visit. Also, I have provided companion care to seniors assisting them in recording/writing their life stories. I have trained senior volunteers as museum docents, spent time visiting, doing jigsaw puzzles, reading aloud, paying bills, baking, going out to coffee and lunch, grocery shopping. I am willing to escort seniors to the doctor or run errands and have the insurance required to do so. I am very compassionate and patient and enjoy spending time socializing.

I hired Elizabeth M. to help my dad while he was visiting family in AZ. She took him to doctor appointments, ran errands with him, picked up prescriptions, even ran him to the airport so he could come back home! She went OVER & BEYOND with helping him and I cannot express how grateful that I found her on this website! She is caring, kind, and just down right a good person. She treated my dad like he was family! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for help and would without a doubt rehire her again if my dad ever went back to AZ.
