About Elizabeth

I am an experienced caregiver with a nursing background. I was my mother's caregiver for many years, I believe I can help Seniors face the challenges that occur with health issues and aging. I'm looking for a job that helps a senior stay home, stay as active & independent as possible. I started caring for seniors when I was in high school, I worked in a nursing home & later became a nurse. In my spare time, I like outdoor activities especially walking, swimming & gardening. I also like crafts and watercolor painting. I enjoy reading too. My skills include letting clients do what they are able to do, alert to changes in their status and skilled in giving hands on care. I can assist with personal care, meals, housekeeping, medications, shopping and appointments as well as companionship. I have excellent references available.
