About Elizabeth

Having worked with children for many years, I believe that they enter the world with a blank slate, and it's the experiences, environment, and adults around them that shape who they become. I am passionate about fostering independence in children by setting limits with positive discipline, praise, and encouragement, ensuring they have the tools to become confident individuals. Throughout all of my experience across the last 10+ years, I have had both full and part time nannying positions, beginning when I was just 10 years old myself! I have 5 years of experience caring for children with special needs, ranging in age from 1 to 10 years old. This involved assistance with changing, eating, and administering medications. In addition, I spent 3 years working in classrooms with students from elementary to high school age, where I was responsible for classroom support and engaging students in activities.
