About Elizabeth

Hello! My name is Elizabeth and I'm in somewhat of a unique situation. I have my bachelors in Social Work, and after being in that field for a bit, I got my masters in curriculum and instruction to teach. I grew up with a mom that has her degree in early childhood education so daycare and nannying was what I did throughout my time in college, getting started in new cities, and grad school. I'm now a certified high school English teacher and I'm finishing up my 10th year of teaching. Summers are always an interesting time for me because I get very restless when I don't have something AND then tend to just spend money. That had lead me to looking here for opportunities over the summer to give me some extra cash (teacher salary!), somewhat of a schedule during summer, and a way to take a break from high schoolers and spend some time with the little ones I miss so much again, while offering high school student rates to parents needing care over summer!
