About Elizabeth
Experience: 10 yrs
I have been teaching and tutoring multiple subjects for over 30 years. I have taught in public schools, private schools, hybrid schools, and home school co-ops. Currently, I am tutoring Reading Comprehension and Essay Writing for both small groups and for private students. Some groups are in person in the Denver / Aurora area and some groups are virtual. Essay Writing is taught as if the student is building a Lego model. We start with the information (bricks) that we have and assemble a full structure - adding details and finishing touches during revision. The goal is to acquire the skills to write essays comfortably and competently for High School and College.
