We reached out to Lizzy due to a last minute scheduling snafu and she was both prompt, communicative and professional during all of our interactions. She showed up on time despite her busy schedule and our toddler, who is a COVID baby, immediately took to her and grabbed her by the hand to lead her to the playroom. Her demeanor with our son was perfect and put my nervous mom heart at ease. She was fully engaged the entire time, asked insightful questions about our routines and even cleaned up the play area when our toddler went down for a nap. Lizzy is courteous, respectful and kind and I cannot recommend her enough. We will definitely be using her every chance we can.
