About Elizabeth

I'm a mother of two who has entered the empty-nest phase. I started babysitting regularly in middle school. In high school, I added taking care of kids during their summer break to my portfolio. I fed them lunch, took them to parks and to the library every week. When my children were young, a company wide lay off allowed me to begin staying at home with my girls. Once my oldest was in school, I became her Girl Scout troop leader. I've led many overnight, weekend and week long excursions for the troops of both my girls up until my youngest graduated. I love reading, arts and crafts, games, puzzles and playtime because many skills are learned during this interactive time. I love the newborn stage just as much as all the other stages. My oldest was premature, so I'm very comfortable with even the smallest of babies. Now, with extra time on my hands, I would love to help you out either temporarily or long-term with your child-care needs.
