Eliza has been a wonderful help to our family over the last year. We found her here on Care.com and she cared for our kids over two summers plus her winter break from college. Our kids (5 and 8) love her, which is the most important thing! She's creative and playful with them and she even brings her own toys and books to give them new things to do. She stays calm during difficult moments with them and helps them work out conflict between each other. One thing that really stands out among the other babysitters we've had is that she communicates extremely well with us, giving us advance notice about her schedule and honoring her commitments. Don't hesitate to hire her! but also don't steal her from us
