Ella was one of the best childcare providers we’ve ever had for our 12-year-old neurodivergent son. He is a fun-loving, joyful kid and really opens up to adults who bring that same kind of warm, positive energy, and Ella connected with him almost immediately. She was incredibly responsible, reliable, and communicative, which was so important to us since she picked him up from school three days a week and took him to his various after-school activities. We always felt completely comfortable knowing he was with her. Most importantly, Ella genuinely cared about our son, and he absolutely adored her. She became such an important part of his life and our family. We’re so happy for her to be back in her beloved hometown, but so sad that we only got to have her for one year! We miss her dearly and could not recommend her more highly. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her!
