About Ella

I started caregiving five years ago because I genuinely enjoy helping families and creating a safe and positive environment for kids. I am patient, calm, and, easy going and I love getting to m ow each child's personality and interests. I have experience in caregiving from infants to preteens and I always try to make our time together fun and engaging whether that's playing board games, crafts, or spending time outside being active. I am also happy to help with light house keeping, swimming supervision (I am lifeguard certified), and keeping daily activities running smoothly. Your child's safety is always my top priority, and I currently hold first aid and CPR certifications. I believe strong communication with parents is very important, so I am always happy to provide updates in whatever way works best for your family. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time and respecting the rules you already have in place. I'd love to become someone your family can trust!
