About Ella

I'd describe my personality as social, kind, and optimistic and patient! I think the joy of children is contagious and I truly enjoy being in a position where I can both witness and foster their happiness and growth! I started working with kids when I was 16, babysitting children ages 5-11 in the mornings, after school, and in the evenings! I then spent two summers working at an Early Childhood Learning Center and Daycare with children ages 4 months to 6 years of age where I obtained multiple hours of first aid and early childhood education training. I am determined to be the strongest care giver for your children. I am patience, flexible, dependable and organized. I understand how important it is to find the right fit for your family and how crucial it is for parents to feel confident that their children are being given the greatest care possible. I will do everything I can to ensure that all members of the family and children are happy!
