About Ella

I am a college student looking for a summertime gig! I have nannied a 4-month-old for 3 months full-time the previous summer. I have coached gymnastics to kids ages 4-8. I volunteered at a crisis nursery, helping keep the children occupied. Finally, I have grown up with children ages 0-14, consistently throughout my life whether it be cousins or close family friends. I have become well versed in childcare. I bond well with children and can navigate their needs. I have been working since I was 14, so I have excellent communication skills and a great work ethic. I have a willingness to learn and engage. I do well under pressure and I am patient.
