About Ella

Hi! My name is Ella, and I am a 22-year-old college student with 6 years of experience working with children. I currently work at the Boys & Girls Club with K-5th graders and have experience in a variety of childcare settings, including a church nursery, gymnastics coaching, and special-needs support. Through these experiences, I've learned to create a safe, welcoming, and fun environment where children feel supported, and free to be themselves. I'm comfortable working with many different ages and personalities and understand that patience and flexibility are important! I also wouldn't mind helping out with animals or house chores! I would love to be a helpful and dependable support for your family. Im creative, adaptable, organized and enjoy finding ways to make everyday activities fun! I am excited to connect with families in the community and provide thoughtful, reliable care fir your little ones. I'd love to learn more about your family and how I can help!
