Ella was a wonderful nanny who cared for our baby girl from the age of of 6 months to 9 months old. We have really complicated schedules that she was very willing and able to work with (including overnight shifts and on call hours). I always felt comfortable with her care towards my baby. If we hadn’t moved states, we wouldn’t have said goodbye her as our nanny!
