Hi, I'm Ruby. I'm originally from China and have 3 years of professional experience caring for newborns and infants. I have supported 20+ Chinese and American families and am comfortable with different baby temperaments, routines, feeding, sleep, and soothing needs. I also spent 6 months working full-time at a Doula agency, helping families match with Doulas, answering new-parent questions, and supporting postpartum families. I also occasionally work as a Doula instructor, sharing practical newborn-care experience with other caregivers. My style is gentle, patient, attentive, and detail-oriented. I'm experienced in reading baby cues and staying calm when babies cry or have difficulty feeding or sleeping. I also understand the emotional needs of postpartum mothers and communicate with care and patience. I am a certified Doula, IBCLC, CPR certified, and have completed routine health screenings. Mandarin is my first language, and I also speak English.
