Ella has been so helpful! She has been amazing keeping the kids entertained with activities such as crafts and getting outdoor play time. She stays engaged with them which is important. Ella jumps right in with helping to potty train, homework and meal preps when needed (and I’ll add she’s quite a great cook). I love that she will make lunchtime fun by involving the children in whatever she is making so that they can learn some skills as well. She has been very punctual and flexible when needed. I’m also impressed with her organization, which she has helped implement in our home with the kids things. When we have gone out of town, Ella was very responsible in taking care of our home and watching out for our dogs and cats. Our fur babies were well loved and taken care of while we were gone. We were so happy to find someone that we could trust when leaving our home.
