About Ella

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion! My two years interning at an elementary school, followed by babysitting for family members, solidified my desire to work with children. I have three years of experience caring for children, particularly ages 5-10, and am comfortable with up to two children at a time. I am patient, calm, friendly, and empathetic. I also have CPR Training and Early Childhood Education (ECE) experience. I enjoy playing outdoor games, creating arts and crafts, and engaging in educational games. I always follow the parents' lead on household rules and communication preferences. I'm also happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and crafts.
