Elle is absolutely wonderful, and we were so lucky to find her! She helped us out this summer watching our four rambunctious boys (11, 9, 5, and 5) before they went back to school, and she was professional, dependable, and incredibly easy to work with. She planned fun outings and activities each day, and my boys were always excited to tell me about their newest adventure when I got home. What impressed me most was her ability to connect with all four of them despite their different ages. She could genuinely engage with my 11-year-old while still being imaginative, playful, and patient with my 5-year-olds. Elle was always punctual and was also flexible and accommodating when I occasionally needed to adjust her start time. I felt completely comfortable leaving my boys with her and knew they were not only well cared for, but genuinely having a great time. We would absolutely recommend Elle to any family looking for a responsible, engaging, and trustworthy caregiver!
