About Elle

I'd describe my personality as patient, compassionate, and responsible I like working with kids because I have two younger brothers who I helped to take care of. I'd also take care of family friends children occasionally and we got along great and built respectful and fun rapports. With the right guidance kids can be confident and truly be themselves while being aware and respectful of the feelings of others. At these crucial developmental stages, it's important to help them build trust and have people to discuss things with without having their problems diminished or dismissed. Kids see life differently and I genuinely enjoy talking to them. I'm looking for a job that allows me to have real honest relationships with the families. I will ensure to have timely and clear communication on my end and would appreciate the same courtesy. My skills include preparing food, communicating fairly, and fast reaction time in case of emergency.
