I'd describe myself as enthusiastic, eager to learn, and optimistic. I like working with kids because their questions inspire me. Spending time with kids reminds me to experience life with a sense of wonder and brings me joyous opportunities to be a supportive adult in pivotal times of development. I'm looking for a job that with learning, laughter, and growth. I love working in positions that help me enhance my existing skills while introducing new ones. I thrive in positions with clearly stated expectations and goals. I started working with kids in middle school helping in my dad's chess class. This is also when I began babysitting. By 18 I was working in an after school program. In my spare time, I like to be near water, read, and write. I love my cats and making art. One thing to know about me is that I appreciate having routines and expectations written down. My skills include active listening, storytelling, and providing support in moments of emotional distress.
