About Ellie

I'm a parent of two, dedicated to nurturing and supporting children's growth and development. I have a bachelor's degree in engineering and have a 1-year-old and newborn. I strive to make a positive impact on their lives while providing reliable support for families. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring they receive regular updates about their child's day and any issues that arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead and aligning my approach with their expectations. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where children feel loved, respected, and encouraged to learn and grow. I spend most of the time with my own kids playing and outside. I make home cooked meals for them and try to maintain a routine. We also have two dogs and a cat that are great with kids and have their own space to play without the kids around.
