My name is Elsa and I am 27 years old from the West Des Moines area and have been providing childcare since middle school. I am energetic, warm-hearted, patient, and enjoy spending my time staying active. I am organized with my work and flexible with my schedule. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, energetic, and enthusiastic! I have always loved working with kids. I find so much joy in helping them learn, grow, and discover the world around them. Their curiosity, creativity, and unique personalities make every day rewarding. Building meaningful relationships with children and being a positive, supportive presence in their lives is something I truly value. In my spare time, I like to spend time with friends and family, craft, and staying active!
