About Elsie

Hi! I'm Elsie, a Vassar graduate with a B. A. in Psychology and background in Studio Art. With extensive experience in therapeutic and recreational youth programming, I am skilled in supporting children across a wide range of ages, developmental abilities, and behavioral needs. My approach is warm, attentive, and developmentally informed, with an emphasis on creating a safe and enriching environments through art, outdoor activities, and imaginative play. As my long-term goal is to become a child art therapist, I'm especially passionate about children's emotional development and creative expression. I'm also trained in CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, equipping me to prioritize the physical and emotional safety of your child. I'm currently seeking a full-time nanny position with daytime, Monday-Friday hours and am happy to assist with household-related tasks as well.
