About Elva

Hello! My name is Elva, I am currently 24 years old and have been working as a paid babysitter for 3 years now. This is a job I have taken on seriously because it is something that has come to me naturally for many years. Prior to working with sitter sites I have my experience with taking care of cousins or even my nieces and nephews. My nurturing nature has always been addressed and pointed out with implication that I should take on babysitting. Within the years I have learned what it is to care for children in a more intricate way to be of service to their development. I have always been able to be flexible with what I can offer to kids and families. I do my best to integrate arts and craft and creative play, while also educating them on mannerism and just about anything that can be of benefit to them in a long term aspect. I have also had experience with overnight care, as well as help with every hour of the day. I appreciate anyone for the careful reading and consideration.
