For over 10 years, I've been dedicated to nurturing children's potential and making a positive difference in their lives. My passion for fostering growth stems from wonderful past babysitting experiences. I hold a college degree, have completed Early Child Development coursework. I enjoy engaging kids in outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I'm comfortable caring for one child, ages newborn to 11 years old. I'm patient, creative, and friendly. I keep parents informed with daily reports, updates via text or phone, and communication at pickup. I always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I speak both English and Russian. I find immense joy in watching children learn and explore the world around them.
