I started working with Elza (Luiza) when my daughter was an infant (around 10 weeks old). I needed a nanny, as I was returning to work from maternity leave. I must have interviewed 10 nannies before I found Luiza. As soon as I met her, I knew how incredible she was. Luiza is an amazing caregiver, especially to babies. She has such a wealth of knowledge, is loving, gentle, and kind. She loves taking the kids on adventures and always sends pictures of what they're up to. Her own two kids are wonderful and loving. Our daughter just adores her and her family. I was devastated when Luiza and her family moved to Rocklin as I was scared I wouldn't find someone as wonderful as her again, but Luiza is so well connected, she actually helped place us with another amazing family. I would absolutely hire Luiza again. We just adore her and her family and miss them dearly.
