I have also taken a dozen child development/early childhood education courses, including a newborn care specialist course. I am fully vaccinated, willing to wear a mask, and ready to adapt to your requests to keep your children safe and happy! I have asthma and food allergies, so I'm comfortable taking care of children who may have similar needs. I also love animals, so hopefully I can befriend your pets too! Emily has cared for my twins 20-27 hours per week since they were six weeks old. They are now 7 months, and we would love for her to continue if we were not moving out of state. The babies were born at 34 weeks, which made looking after them particularly challenging, but under her care they are thriving. Emily is responsible, loving, and knowledgeable, frequently researching topics related to their care. Bonus: she must know at least 100 nursery songs by heart and has a beautiful singing voice! Her confidence with my twins has helped me feel less anxious as I settle in to being a new mother. Emily has been very conscientious about Covid prevention. Currently Emily is taking an on-line newborn care specialist course to enhance her skills. I heartily recommend her.
