About Emily

Hi! I'm Emily, a nursing student working toward becoming a registered nurse. I'm certified in CPR and First Aid and looking for a full-time position with a family I can build a trusting relationship with. I love children and have cared for them informally and helped at my stepmother's daycare. I enjoy reading, outdoor play, puzzles, and activities suited to each child's age and interests. I would care for your children with the patience, kindness, and attention I would want for my own, while respecting your routines and parenting choices. My nursing studies have strengthened my understanding of health, hygiene, and safety. As a manager, I've learned to stay organized, be dependable, and communicate clearly. I speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish. If you're interested, I'd love to introduce your children to Portuguese or Spanish through songs, books, and play.
