Hi! I'm Emily--most people call me Em. I'm a kind, compassionate, and experienced caregiver who truly understands the realities of parenting. As a mom to two older kids- I get it and know how important it is to have someone you trust and who supports your parenting style. I grew up as the oldest of nine and worked as a nanny before spending the last nine years in healthcare management supporting young adults with disabilities. These experiences shaped my calm, patient, organized approach to care. It's also given me the ability to think quickly, be solution oriented, and has left me unshakable in any situation. I love engaging kids in play, helping them learn, explore nature, and creating routines that feel safe and fun. I follow parents' lead, communicate clearly, and aim to be an extra layer of dependable, loving support. I hold a Food Handler card, CPR/First Aid certification, have reliable transportation, and a clean driving and background record.
