She is always on time and very communicative with any updates regarding my daughter or with us, including text updates that she’s on her way, or sending pictures of daughter throughout the day. My one year old always lights up when she sees Emily, and Emily continues to be attentive, animated, energetic, thoughtful, and caring. She takes initiative with household tasks as it relates to my daughter and takes direction well. Would definitely recommend!
