About Emily

Hi there! I recently moved to Davis to attend law school. I graduated in May from the University of Texas with a degree in French and Psychology. In college, I was a member of the Texas women's lacrosse team and tutored undergraduate students in my free time. I have been babysitting/tutoring since I was 14 years old and would love to get to know your family! I'd describe my personality as curious, thoughtful, funny. I like working with kids because I love seeing kids open up and discover the world! The curiosity that children possess is such a superpower and I truly enjoy watching children learn about the world around them while they have fun. In my spare time, I like to run and workout, listen to music, and read! I also love going hiking with my partner and our adorable dog. One thing you should know about me is that I use positive reinforcement based care and education. I think building rapport is paramount to develop a working relationship with you and your children!
