Emily did great at the interview. She was warm and kind. We offered her the position. A few days later she texted and said she couldn't accept because she had some personal issues and would be leaving the area. A few days after that she said that she would be returning and hoped that I hadn't hired anyone because she would love the position. I told her I hadn't. And we would love to have her. She said she would be returning in 2 weeks and would text me. I never heard from her again.
