About Emily

My name is Em J and I am a full time teacher here in the New Orleans area and willing to travel to the westbank, to metarie and even to the northshore with advanced notice. I started babysitting when I was 16 years old and through 10 years of experience I've learned how to play with kiddos, keep them on their routine/schedule, make kid friendly meals and prepare bottles, and I am passionate about finding fun screen free activities to do. My availability as of right now is 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. as I am in graduate school until the end of June. During the school year I will be done at work at 4:30 and can babysit at night during the week and any time I'm needed during the weekend. I have reliable transportation and am comfortable driving kids and even bringing them to do things in the city like go to the zoo, the park, the children's museum and etc. I am a special education teacher so I have a lot of experience working with special needs kids as well.
