About Emily

Hello my name is Emily and I graduated from WCU with my bachelors in special education and general education. I started as a full time nanny in 2016, ages newborn-15 years old. I continued with the same family for 5 year before my student teaching started. With this family I met more families through this which is how I got my experience with different ages. I cooked, cleaned, gave baths, worked on homework, took kids to community events, and some indoor/outdoor activities. I love animals! Summer of 2021 I worked as a preschool teacher, and once I graduated in 2022 I started working as a k-3 EC teacher. I can also get multiple references, I am CPR certified, I have background checks from other sources. I can work on school work review for the summer, help for a date night each month, or even a weekend when needed. I'm very reliable and will work with you in any way that I can! I really love working with children and would love to meet you and your family.
