About Emily

Hi! I'm Emily. I've spent the last 5 years as a full-time nanny working with children ages 6 months to 6 years old. It's been such a valuable and rewarding experience getting to grow with families and be by their side through the joys as well as the challenges that come with navigating life as a family. Prior to nannying, I worked in a therapy setting with children ages 2-7 and have extensive experience working with children with disabilities. I have a bachelors degree in Speech Pathology. As a nanny I aim to foster an environment that encourages learning and growth in areas like communication and self expression. It's my priority to be a dependable, encouraging and trusted person in children's lives and ensure that they feel heard and respected, while maintaining structure and a feeling of security.
