About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily and I'm an experienced care giver looking for work in the Phoenix area. I am a 26-year-old from North Dakota who moved here to teach about a year and a half ago. I teach middle school English in Tempe and I love my job but would love a little extra work on the side. I have a Bachelors of Arts degree in English and a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from the University of North Dakota. My child care experience is great as I started babysitting when I was about 12 years old. I was a nanny in high school for a family with five kids, three of which were infant triplets. I worked at a daycare in college for awhile and loved it. I especially loved the baby room and the preschoolers. Through teaching, I do have a fingerprint clearance card for AZ. I also have been thoroughly cleared by the school system to work with children. I hope I am the right fit for you and your family. Thanks!
