I have experience in Montessori, Waldorf, and Reggio-Emilia based learning models with a wide range of ages. I resonate most with teaching and caring for children from a holistic perspective, and value their individual interests and needs. I love to get to know each child personally and what makes them light up! This goes for babies as well! While I love and appreciate predictable routines, I also acknowledge that children are growing humans that need us to be flexible as teachers and caregivers based on their current needs. I would also like to share that I would love to work with a family that is able to be flexible with allowing me to bring my baby to work with me, as this is what we found would work best for our family.
