Our son is going to school this fall and we are (sadly) parting ways with Emily. She has done such a wonderful job for us and with our son - he truly loves her. She is dependable, patient, kind, creative, active and exceeded our expectations. I would rehire her again in an instant if we ever need a nanny again. We gave her a lot of latitude in daily activities and she came up with themes, excursions, science experiments, mini-Olympics. For anyone looking for a nanny - if you have read this far - interview Emily. In the sea of caregivers on this site, she was a gem.
