About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily, and I have a passion for working with children. Growing up as the oldest in a large family, I naturally took on a caregiving role and spent much of my time helping care for my younger siblings. In addition, my mother operated a daycare from our home, which gave me years of experience being around children of all ages and helping create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. I have over two years of babysitting and nanny experience and truly enjoy building positive relationships with children and their families. In previous childcare roles, I have assisted with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, homework help, transportation to activities, and creating engaging activities to keep children active and entertained. I am responsible, dependable, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care. As a college student, I am excited to continue working with families and helping children learn, grow, and thrive in a safe and supportive environment.
